1. General questions
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email to confirm your expected delivery date and a link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order on the Track Order page on the website.

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?
There is a good chance that our email ended up in your SPAM folder. If not, please email us and we will change this immediately.

What is buyer protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that allows customers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

The item you ordered did not arrive within the time frame promised by the seller.
The item you received was not as described.
The item you received, which was guaranteed to be authentic, was a fake.
How secure is my personal information?
We use industry-standard privacy protections. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute customer personal information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is securely stored offline in our private data center.

Will my item be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Once your order is in the "preparing to ship", "shipping" or "delivered" status, we cannot accept any corrections to your order.

2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website with a debit or credit card.

In addition, we offer support for Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

You can select these payment methods at checkout.

What currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for billing our customers in their local currencies: EUR, HUF AND USD.

If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, you will be charged in EUR, HUF or USD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will use the appropriate exchange rate for the currency you choose.



3. Shipping
Where are you shipping to?
We currently ship to the EU and the United States.

For shipping outside of these countries, please contact our support on the contact page.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you place an order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours for it to be processed for delivery.

The standard shipping times for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when selecting the delivery method before confirming your order:

EU: 7-15 days
United States: 20-30 days

How much does shipping cost?
The answer to this question is very simple. We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

What if I'm not home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to set a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method selected.

You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if they are unable to deliver it to you.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Delivery within the EU is free of customs duties.

Our delivery partner will handle customs clearance and issue you an invoice in local currency for the duties and taxes associated with your order.

4. Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be sold in our online store
The item should not be used in any way.
Request for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the request for a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange the item?
We accept exchanges and the same conditions as returns apply.

If you would like to request an exchange, please indicate that you would like your product to be exchanged for another item when you prepare your return with our support.

How long does it take to process a refund?
The return is confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, a refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services receiving your return.
